About The Role

Band 5 - salary range $104,284 - $147,238 per annum (plus super) - this role is seeking an experienced candidate, and salary will be negotiable for the preferred candidate.
Are you looking to join a leading Tasmanian utility organisation and take your career to the next level?
We're seeking an individual who can thrive in a changing environment and can play a pivotal role in TasNetworks' Regulation Team.
You will lead the pricing of TasNetworks' regulated networks and include management of auditors and engagement of stakeholders on expected changes.
You will develop the pricing strategy and participate in forums where you provide expert advice to inform strategy.
This role will require modelling and quantitative analysis to support advice and continued development of TasNetworks' pricing analytical capability.
Consideration for impacts of regulatory requirements, risk and commercial feasibility will be key.
About You

We are looking for someone that has commercial acumen to understand and apply the dynamics of the Australian Energy Industry and National Electricity Market.
You will be quantitative in style, with significant experience and knowledge in solving business issues.
You will be a natural with problem solving and analysis and will have strong stakeholder management skills.
Working effectively within the pricing team, you will lead tasks and projects as requested and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously on complex issues and provide timely expert advice.
Relevant tertiary qualifications that include a numerical/analytical component (e.g.
: commerce, economics, engineering).
