FULL TIME – 4 Month Contract

Client Details
Join a well-established government department known for its commitment to excellence and customer service. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

The role is mostly an administrative role, tasks include:
Copying files, scanning files
Emailing scanned documents to Tribunal Members
Simple reception duties (directing clients to the correct hearing room or arranging for another staff member to attend to an in-person enquiry)
Straightforward phone enquiries (mostly transferring calls to appropriate officer)
Mail duties
Transferring files between levels/buildings
Some data entry and document production


Seeking someone with:

High energy (can be on feet copying/scanning files for 3-4 hours each day)
Good attention to detail – as legal environment accuracy is critical
Experience in high volume environment preferred
