Women's and Children's Health Network, Division of Paediatric Medicine, North Adelaide (5006) Salary - Classification - RN/M1 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 1 - $72,651 to $99,129 Full time OR Part Time - Term Contract OR Ongoing Permanent (Multiple positions available) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Division of Paediatric Medicine as a Registered Nurse, where you will be responsible for:
Provide nursing services in health service settings, ensuring quality care for clients/patients and their families. Collaborate with other health professionals and partner with children, youth, families, and agencies for optimal health outcomes. Provide education and information to clients and families. Offer support, direction, and education to students, nurses, and other health professionals. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. A minimum of six months post registration experience in an acute care setting Demonstrated competence in paediatric nursing Knowledge and understanding of the role of the Registered General Nurse within a healthcare setting.
