You will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the care delivery needs of each patient and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Current registration with AHPRA.Minimum of two (2) years post graduate acute care experience is essential with any Oncology, Palliative and Hypertension experience being highly regarded.Demonstrate excellent time management, clinical problem solving and organisational skills.Strong interpersonal skills and a strong team focus are vital for this position.Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $38.15 - $49.20 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
