Location This role is at our impressive Shorehaven Facility situated in the vibrant, beachside community of Shorehaven, Alkimos. This Facility offers an innovative coastal design with state-of-the-art equipment to make your life and the life of our residents easier.

A commitment and genuine passion for Aged Care.An ability to inspire trust and proactively lead, coach, develop and mentor both unregulated care workers, care, and lifestyle staff.Within this role you will be a champion of high quality, safe and effective nursing that aligns with the resident preference and best practice by:
Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.Anticipating residents' changing health needs and initiating further assessments or referrals.Supporting residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.You will be responsible for compliance:
Ensuring all care documentation is completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting.Your role within the team would involve:
