What we need We currently have Permanent opportunities for skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses, at our Port Sorell facility, Rubicon Grove.
In the nursing team, you will have an opportunity to: Carry out comprehensive and effective nursing assessment, medication administration, and provision of clinical careFormulate, maintain and review resident care plans and other documentationBe a role model to our Nurses and Extended Care AssistantsAbove all else, we want you to provide exceptional care to all our residents and be a member of the OneCare and wider community.If you have your AHPRA registration, a passion to improve our resident's daily lives, are a hard worker and looking for an opportunity to flourish as a Nurse, then we want you!
