About the roleReporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Mirridong, located in Bendigo, we currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in-charge to join our team for covering 3 nights a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights).Key ResponsibilitiesProviding clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and a quality lifestyle for our residents.Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements, and regulations.Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes.What you bringAn active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse.Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred.Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.Why work for Calvary?At Calvary, our staff matter.
