Registered Nurse (Around Armstrong Creek)

We have an opportunity for an Experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Armstrong Creek Doctors.

We require an individual who is highly motivated and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude towards all tasks, the ability to work autonomously at a fast pace as well as in a team. This will be a growing practice, so a cheerful personality is a must, as well as the ability to think on your feet!

The chosen candidate will provide quality care to a diverse mix of patients, through:

Immunisations and other injections Triage Wound management Chronic disease management ECGs Explaining procedures to patients, providing them with support and reassurance Assisting with care plans and shared health summaries Assisting with telehealth consultations Assisting doctors with clinical procedures and maintaining clinical documentation Daily co-ordination of the treatment room: stock control, sterilization, general maintenance and care of medical instruments and equipment Implementing and practicing infection control Assisting with Reception and Practice Management duties Do you have the qualities that we are looking for?

Current AHPRA registration Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team environment Working experience in an accredited General Practice environment A caring and collaborative approach to patient care A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism Proven multi-tasking, problem solving, and time management skills Use of Best Practice programs preferred Experience and knowledge of care plans and health assessments In addition, the candidate must also provide the following:
