Registered Nurse Aged Care Hervey Bay

Collarcare are currently hiring passionate Registered Nurses to join our aged care casual workforce in Hervey Bay!

What will I be doing? Clinical care of residents in residential Aged Care facilities / retirement villages in Hervey Bay.Documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments.Infection control and prevention.Palliative care, restorative care and pain management.Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.Liaising with residents' family, doctors, and allied health professionals.Key Requirements For Success Bachelor of Nursing & Valid AHPRA Registration.COVID Vaccination & Annual Flu Vaccination.Current First Aid & CPR.6 months minimum full-time experience of working in Aged Care as an RN in Australia.Experience as nurse in charge and/or working in regional locations (highly desirable).Current Police Check (under 12 months old) & NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain.Perks and Rewards Generous pay & penalty rates.Ad hoc shifts & block shifts available.Flexibility to work AM/PM/Nights & rotating rosters.Employee wellbeing focus with 24/7 access to our employee assistance program.Fully staffed afterhours team.Should I apply for this role?
