Nepean Private Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join our team.
We currently have multiple full time and part time opportunities available. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided to women and their families.

Our Women's Health Unit encompasses antenatal, postnatal, intrapartum care, gynaecology, and a level 2 special care nursery. It is an exciting time for Nepean Private Hospital. We are investing in our future with an exciting $38M redevelopment which will see our Hospital grow to meet the needs of our growing community with 4 new operating theatres, purpose-built pre-admission area, new sterilising department, new foyer and retail space, new consulting suites, refurbished main entry, and a new car park. And we have just purchased a new $3.5Million Da Vinci Robot to expand our complex surgery program.
As a Registered Midwife, your responsibilities will be to: Deliver evidence-based midwifery careWork collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary teamDeliver a high standard of customer serviceEnsure patient and staff safetyThe successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following: Current registration as a Midwife with AHPRAClinical skills and motivation to ensure excellence in patient care and customer serviceA minimum of 1 year of post-graduate Midwifery experienceA commitment to safe practice and quality patient careUnderstanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work both independently and within a team structureThe ability to act in a professional manner at all timesWhy Healthscope?

If successful, you will receive a salary based on the Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF — NSW Nurses' & Midwives' Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with an hourly rate ranging between $35.46-$49.79.
