Join Stramit as our Sales Manager for our residential sector.
Based at our Crestmead office, you will support and develop a diverse team across Queensland, focusing on driving strategic sales growth and enhancing the customer journey.
This senior role offers a unique chance to shape and elevate our sales strategy while fostering a culture of success and innovation within your team.
Key responsibilities: Drive substantial revenue and sales growth within the residential markets by consistently surpassing sales targets, optimizing margins, and expanding market share.Spearhead customer management initiatives for the residential sector, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among key clients.Support and empower your team through strategic development plans, establishing clear objectives and KPIs, and monitoring performance to achieve and exceed sales objectives.Nurture a high-performance culture and positive employee experience within your team, prioritizing actionable feedback and conducting regular coaching sessions to deepen product expertise, market awareness and interpersonal skills.Collaborate and connect with cross-functional teams and departments to orchestrate a unified approach to market penetration and elevate customer satisfaction levels.About You Proven track record in high-paced sales environments, ideally within the building or construction sectors, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics.Experience in a managerial sales position.Experience in crafting and executing effective sales strategies, with a keen sense of commercial acumen and business insights.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully supporting and guiding teams to achieve and exceed organisational goals.Values continuous improvement and has a growth mindset.Highly analytical with robust strategic planning and implementation skills.CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).What we offer No matter your background, if you're driven and dedicated to making a positive impact, you'll find a promising future with us.
