Job Title: Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Job Description Summary: In this pivotal role, you will lead the coordination and delivery of Transaction Management services, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to real estate standards across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:

Lead the coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of all Transaction Management services, ensuring that our clients' real estate standards are upheld across Australia and New Zealand.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's lease obligations, ensuring that client satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operational activities.
Develop robust financial plans and targeted goals aimed at cost control and enhancing the efficiency of the client's real estate portfolio.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with team leaders to effectively drive both operational and strategic objectives.
Provide additional transactional assistance across the APAC region when required, ensuring seamless execution of services.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive solutions.
Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and aligned with contractual obligations.
Develop and implement strategic plans designed to maximize the value of the client's property portfolio.
Oversee the quality of all client reporting, standardizing systems and processes to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
Leverage best practices, industry knowledge, and current market data to identify risks and seize opportunities within the client's portfolio.
Oversee intricate, high-value real estate transactions that are essential for long-term business strategies and provide support for the PL during the Annual Financial Lease Planning process.
Serve as the representative leader for Cushman & Wakefield, guiding the execution of transformative real estate projects.

About You:

A relevant bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in commercial real estate.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Basic understanding of PowerBI and other data and dashboard technology.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent time management skills and adaptability to change.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise quality and accuracy.
Ability to take initiative and perform work independently.
Must be an Australian Citizen.
