They foster an inclusive, safe workplace that champions growth and development.Expanding Team: 130 employees and growing fast!Multiple Locations: 5 thriving branches across NSWThe Sydney Business Unit:Based in Western Sydney, you'll lead a growing team of 25, across the workshop, projects and field service professionals. With high demand in tunneling, bulk earthworks, haulage, and OEMs, you'll align your strategies with the businesses that best fit your vision. While you'll have flexibility to manage your schedule, expect to dive in with 10-12 hour days initially to fully integrate into the role and drive success.Your Role as Regional Manager:In this key leadership position, you'll oversee the Sydney region, guiding your team to success while ensuring safe, efficient operations. You'll recruit top talent, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with leadership to drive growth strategies that make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Sydney region, ensuring all operations align with business goals.Build a positive, engaging workplace culture that inspires your team.Implement systems for improved efficiency and optimization.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and suppliers through regular site visits.Manage hiring, onboarding, and training to set your team up for success.Oversee monthly P&L statements, budgets, and financial management.Lead monthly performance meetings with a focus on people, finance, and operations.What You'll Bring:We're looking for someone with senior-level experience in heavy industry (ideally with a trade background like Auto Electrical) who's passionate about leading successful teams and driving business growth.
