Right now, we're looking for a professional and dynamic Regional Hospitality Manager to join our team to manage the Southern Region - Oakfield Lodge, Sandpiper Lodge, McCracken Views, Onkaparinga Lodge and Oaklands Park Lodge.
About the role
The Regional Hospitality Manager provides oversight of a regional precinct of resident hospitality services across a number of sites. The role is accountable for effective leadership and management to ensure services meet residents’ needs, and comply with Food Safety regulations, accreditation and HACCP standards. Hospitality Services includes catering, events, housekeeping and laundry service.

About you
The successful candidate will have experience in managing a large kitchen and preparation of nutritionally balanced and appetizing meals in an aged care environment. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead in a dynamic environment, managing employee turnover, casual employment, leave entitlements, and performance development plans. Experience in acting on customer complaints swiftly, as well as staff orientations will be second nature to you. You will be an excellent time and project manager, sound in your decision making, a great developer of teams and have competencies in disciplinary processes.
A relevant trade certificate, industry experience and a relevant qualification in leadership, management or supervision is essential for this position.
All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
