This leadership role is pivotal in managing and mentoring Project Managers (PMs), ensuring high delivery standards, maintaining strong client satisfaction, and achieving optimal delivery margins. You'll be the cornerstone of regional success, elevating both client satisfaction and team performance to new heights.In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers within your region, helping them reach their full potential and achieve outstanding delivery outcomes. You'll take charge of overseeing delivery margins, focusing on maximising efficiency and profitability across all projects. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential, as you'll ensure a high level of satisfaction through seamless project delivery and exceptional client engagement.As the regional champion, you'll play a strategic role in aligning all projects with the company's broader goals.
