You will help manage and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, make travel and meeting arrangements, manage expense reports and submission, maintain appropriate systems to ensure efficient daily operations.You will also organise and coordinate office operations and procedures in the Sydney office (co-working space) as well as for the wider APAC team.
