About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Program Officer to join The Academy team.
In this role, you will: Play a key role in delivering outstanding administrative and operational support for a diverse range of programs and events, including face-to-face and online workshops, immersive experiences, internships, networking opportunities, leadership summits, study tours, and mentoring programs.
Coordinate activities that deliver an outstanding student experience, engaging closely with students and internal and external stakeholders.
Manage The Academy's internal communications, such as newsletters, website content, and social media platforms (Yammer, Facebook, LinkedIn).
This dynamic role requires adaptability, exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for enhancing student success.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position until December 2025 and will be based at Western's Hawkesbury (Richmond) Campus, although travel to other campuses of the University may be required.
