Training, development and national opportunities for progression ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning automotive enthusiast to join our Stock Management Team.
You will be joining a team of Stock Management specialists who are responsible for reviewing all stock nationally.
As a Rectifications Coordinator, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure stock is being released and proposed to sale in a timely manner to ensure maximum returns for vendors and provide a positive experience for buyers.
This is an ongoing, full-time position, working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5.00pm from any of our Pickles Branches across Australia.
In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.
Your key responsibilities will include: Organise repairs of assets on behalf of our clients.
Raise purchase orders and work orders for repairs.
Assist Business Units with the asset rectifications process ensuring it is as efficient as possible.
Organise and follow up Roadworthy Certificates.
Ensure all relevant assets are repaired and advertised for sale in a timely manner.
Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding customer needs.
Problem solve and investigate issues relating to the above.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level.
Understanding of motor vehicle repairs (advantageous) Sound data entry and/or administration skills.
Ability to meet strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
