In this key role, you'll work closely with our major mining partners, ensuring every day presents new challenges and opportunities. We're looking for someone with a vibrant personality who can inspire and lead a team of skilled professionals toward success. Skills and Experience To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued: Minimum 1-2 years' experience with recruiting blue collar trade roles. Proven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomes. Exposure to the shutdown/maintenance space and/or major projects will be highly regarded. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
