The Role Programmed Energy & Resources is looking for an energetic and dynamic Recruitment Team Lead to join our team at our Welshpool Branch. In this key role, you'll work closely with our major mining partners, ensuring every day presents new challenges and opportunities. We're looking for someone with a vibrant personality who can inspire and lead a team of skilled professionals toward success. We welcome Expressions of Interest from candidates available to start on a full-time basis in January or February 2025. Key Responsibilities Focusing on team leadership & development. Assisting with candidate sourcing & screening. Developing recruitment strategies. Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations. Managing applications and emails. Skills and Experience To thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly valued: Minimum 1-2 years' experience with recruiting blue collar trade roles. Proven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomes. Exposure to the shutdown/maintenance space and/or major projects will be highly regarded. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
