This role would ideally suit someone who is looking to develop their skills in the people leadership arena whilst still remaining hands on with clients.
Experience in Digital / Software Development Recruitment is not mandatory – It's more about your mindset and current ability, plus the understanding of how to harness a successful team.
Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities Manage a team of 4 + grow if required Support, Encourage and mold newer team members Maintain and build on existing strong client relationships Improve recruitment efficiency across team Smash Targets What we really want from you is: A team player, who can get the best out of people Someone who can work with an array of diverse clients The ability to have fun - don't take yourself too seriously Drive!
