About the role: Dixon's client partnerships are growing, and our clients work with our team to support them in achieving their strategic business growth and sustainable outcomes. Dixon is in growth mode and invites experienced recruitment professionals to join our team to grow and promote our services to prospective clients.
Key tasks & responsibilities: Business development to promote Dixon's services to prospective clients and grow existing accounts. Regular client visits to prospective and existing clients. Video marketing to promote Dixon's brand and capabilities to clients and candidates. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including attracting and connecting talented candidates with client partnership roles. Harness and deliver best-practice recruitment processes and contemporary assessments to drive high-quality outcomes for our candidates and clients utilizing an exceptional Quality Framework. Deliver a commitment to service excellence for all clients and candidates through developing client and candidate relationships as a trusted Advisor and partner. Be an ambassador and contribute to a healthy and cohesive team culture based on mutual respect, shared success, and support. Experience & attributes: Minimum 2 years experience in agency recruitment or HR-related roles. Demonstrated success within a business development position. Experience recruiting white collar business support positions. Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and negotiate outcomes. Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude. Exceptional problem-solving and ability to work with shifting priorities. Commitment to achieving excellence for all stakeholders. Exceptional relationship management and general commercial knowledge.
