As a Recruitment Officer at Brightwater, you will provide support and guidance to our managers and key stakeholders to ensure the right candidates are recruited at the right time, for the right role.
Reporting to the Attraction and Acquisition Lead, you will be experienced and confident in high volume recruitment and be committed to providing a positive candidate experience in alignment with our Brightwater Spirit Values.We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Officer commencing as soon as possible.
You will be based at Brightwater Central, our new state-of-the-art building located in Inglewood.If this sounds like the right role for you, Brightwater offers:5 extra days of leave each yearThe ability to salary package – meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home payFlexible work optionsOur unique staff benefits program, including access to BrightwaterPlus which gives you discounts with over 370 retailersGym and Cafe on siteTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience within a high-volume recruitment position, with strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment practices, methods, and programs gained from experience in agency or internal recruitment roles.Full end-to-end recruitment experience, including preparing advertisements, shortlisting candidates, participating in interviews and telephone screens, undertaking reference and credential checks, liaising with managers to recommend and select candidates, preparing onboarding documentation (including contracts), and resolving complaints as required.A genuine passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout a recruitment process to ensure the successful onboarding of future Brightwater employees.A collaborative mindset, sharing knowledge, insights, and industry updates with the team and the wider business as a recruitment expert.An agile approach to managing your workload, seeking to understand business needs and priorities, and taking a proactive approach in keeping leaders informed of your progress.Demonstrated experience in organising, leading and facilitating assessment centres.Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, including skills in updating and formatting Word and Excel documents.About BrightwaterWith a track record that dates back to 1901, care is at our core.
