**Key Responsibilities**
- Designing bespoke recruitment campaigns leveraging local area marketing, innovative techniques and compelling digital content
- Advising on hiring decisions including job evaluation and salary decisions
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the development of the Recruitment team in current best-practice
- Preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly reports

**About You**
- You understand the importance of process and champion continued improvement
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, effortlessly managing multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
- You will have confidence in your ability and show grit when the pressure is on
- Unique ability to understand what key stakeholders need you to execute and diligent in providing reports on outcomes
- Must be willing to assist mobilisation team as required
- Will be hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment with often changing priorities
- Have experience using a recruitment and screening database (Job Adder experience will be a distinct advantage)
- Previous experience recruiting in the field of infrastructure, civil and construction

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience managing the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation process
- Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change as priorities require
- You must be able to work autonomously and as a positive member of a team
- Efficient timekeeping and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with a variety of systems and IT programs
- Able to provide weekly reporting to stakeholders on progress
- High level of accuracy - Data entry

**Highly Regarded**:

- A qualification in Human Resources Cert III or IV
- Experience working in a blue-collar recruitment
