Recruitment Coordinator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join the Mitolo Family Farms recruitment team.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will be supporting the management team to ensure our operational staff requirements are met across South Australia and New South Wales.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the recruitment process and pre-employment programs.
You will work with and support the management team in achieving their recruitment outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions for all levels across the business.Providing insight into current recruiting methods, competitor activity, and salary benchmarking.Actively manage recruitment campaigns. Supportive team environment.
