As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll oversee a caseload of vacancies, ensuring seamless coordination of our recruitment processes.
Collaborate closely with our Workforce Solutions Specialist team who will conduct interviews and select candidates, while you manage candidate care, coordinate activities, and deliver exceptional service to applicants and host employers.
You will also be responsible for: Managing the admin and coordination of recruitment activities for your caseload Writing and placing job advertisements Coordinating interviews and new employee inductions Maintaining recruitment and selection records Managing candidates for pre-vocational courses Supporting Workforce Solutions Specialists in apprentice and trainee recruitment Assisting with costings, proposals, and marketing packs for potential new hosts Liaising with RTOs and other relevant bodies on qualifications and delivery issues What you'll get in return Annual Leave Loading of 17.5% Training and development opportunities What you'll bring to the table Demonstrate proven experience in an administrative support or customer service role.
Have a proven track record of providing timely, accurate high-level administration support.
Show exceptional customer service focus toward both internal and external stakeholders.
Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a knack for storytelling through writing.
Exhibit superior organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail, sound record-keeping practices, and an innate drive for continuous improvement.
Show strong computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with e-Recruitment and/or Customer Relationship Management system.
Hold a current driver's licence.
