Description You will ensure the implementation of industry-focused and specialised account plans to leverage and/or enhance Adecco's service offerings and capabilities.
You will be an expert in marketing, business, technical, and professional skills, with the ultimate responsibility for the success of client relationships.
Identify and target potential clients.
Foster and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique staffing needs.
Leverage existing client relationships.
Present custom-tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
Source, screen, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Skillfully match candidate skills with client requirements.
Negotiate terms and facilitate the end-to-end hiring process.
Ensure post-placement client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Stay updated on commercial trends to provide informed insights.
Contribute to evolving business development strategies.
Meet and exceed specified sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Profile Previous experience in sales and customer service – you bring the positive attitude and we will train you.
