Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, this role is both challenging and rewarding, providing quality staffing solutions to our clients nationwide.

Duties and responsibilities: Evaluate applications, conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
Post job advertisements on our website, job boards, and social media platforms.
Source suitable candidates and provide them with information about client opportunities.
Present candidate details and CVs to clients, gather feedback and manage communication.
Conduct both telephone and face-to-face interviews, and perform reference checks.
Manage the hiring process through to offer and onboarding stages, including drafting offer letters and conducting inductions.
Build and maintain a strong talent database, ensuring regular contact with candidates.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client and candidate expectations.
Our Ideal Candidate Experience in high-volume recruitment, whether blue or white-collar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
A self-motivated and energetic individual with strong organisational skills.
Must hold a current driver's licence and have access to a vehicle.
