Position Overview As a Recruitment Consultant at Mergent, you will be responsible for proactively recruiting for diverse roles across various locations and industries.
Working closely with the business operations team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by identifying quality talent and connecting them with our clients.
The ideal candidate for this role will have comprehensive experience in HR and 360-degree recruitment, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with top talent in the market for various roles across different industries and locations.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and onboarding processes to ensure the best fit for both the role and the company culture.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand and fulfill client requirements effectively.
Account management of clients including regular site visits and candidate start-ups.
Ensuring our database is updated with client and candidate information.
General Administration duties.
Qualifications And Experience A proven track record in HR and 360-degree recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
