APG Workforce are currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our client based in Beresfield for an immediate start! The Role This role would suit a candidate with some recruitment or account management experience, along with excellent customer service and people management skills.
It is also ideal for someone currently studying Human Resource Management! Responsible for providing effective advice and administration support to Hiring Managers across the business through the end-to-end recruitment and ensuring compliance to policies, procedures and legislative requirements at all times.
Assist with the coordination of the end-to-end recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers providing an excellent experience for both stakeholders.
Support, advise and coach hiring managers in relation to recruitment and selection.
Act as the key point of contact for recruitment matters.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and available for all positions/vacancies.
Maintain and update candidate records and trackers (manual and electronic).
Carry out any general administration duties e.g.
filing, photocopying as and when required.
Conduct visa checks as per immigration requirements.
Critical Skills and Experience Required Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience or knowledge of HR and/or Recruitment processes.
Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly build and maintain positive professional relationships built on trust across all levels of the business.
Ability to thrive under pressure and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to professionally challenge hiring decisions when required or push back to stakeholders when necessary.
Preferred: At least 2-3 years in a similar role or administration.
Available to start ASAP.
