Due to a record-breaking year of placements, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Resourcer to join our tight-knit, high performing team to help us deliver to our clients.
Key
Responsibilities:
Sourcing prospective candidates using a range of search tools in the SAP space Writing and posting job ads Reviewing applications and phone screening prospective candidates Interviewing candidates via Zoom/Teams Developing candidate summaries Updating candidate information in our CRM (Recruit Wizard) Performing reference checks Technical Skills
Required:
Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience Experience in a candidate sourcing/talent acquisition or recruiting position - ideally within the IT space Strong technical skills with experience using an ATS or in-house CRM Exposure to Linked
In Recruiter or SEEK Premium Talent Search or other search/mapping techniques
You will
be given support from management and your colleagues to tap into existing candidate pools that have been established previously and training in all processes and procedures.
You will
need to be a highly motivated self-starter who works hard and is ethical in their approach.
