The successful candidate will be responsible for:Proactively build and maintain employer relationships.

Match employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

About You Demonstrated experience cold calling and approaching potential clients.
Demonstrated success in proactive business development.
Time management and delivery of a high-quality service.
Advanced relationship management skills.
Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings.
Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry.
