The City of Karratha is looking for a Recreation Facilities Coordinator to oversee the operations of the Karratha Leisureplex (KLP).
Key Responsibilities: Lead KLP operations, ensuring high standards in facility maintenance, program development, and customer service.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to deliver exceptional service.
Develop business plans, manage budgets, and drive the financial success of KLP.
Foster community engagement by creating diverse recreational programs for all ages.
Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of KLP through strong operational oversight.
What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Recreation Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a recreation or leisure environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
Proven ability to build community partnerships and deliver quality programs.
