HE06 $86,360 - $93,285 per annum plus employer contribution of 17% superannuation. Full time, continuing position available immediately. In this operationally focused role, you will assist the Records Services Manager by leading the Records Services team to deliver a high quality and customer-focused service across records activities, using your exceptional stakeholder management skills to liaise with business and academic areas to support University recordkeeping practice and compliance.
To be successful you will need: Demonstrated understanding and experience in supporting a high-quality records program across both digital and hardcopy records. Evidence of proficiency with EDRMS systems and other relevant applications Demonstrated skills in leading and supporting a customer service-oriented team. High-level interpersonal and communication skills appropriate for working with a wide range of stakeholders. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines with sound judgement. Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery,and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations. Familiarity with university records programs or equivalent at a larger institution. Qualification/s: A relevant degree qualification or progress toward a qualification; or Completion of a diploma qualification and relevant work experience; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
