Play a key role in a collaborative, agile information management teamWorking for an organisation that adds value to the communityInitial 6-month contract, could lead to longer-term opportunities About the company: A great opportunity to work with an excellent Local Government authority, responsible for the day-to-day running of the mail room and records management.
Your key responsibilities include: Coordination of mail received and collectedScanning & registering documents in Ezescan into ObjectiveOutgoing mail lodgment and sorting and registering of items from the general mailbox into ObjectiveOccasionally assisting with archiving listing/sentencing when time permitsBasic objective troubleshootingInbox managementProviding customer service to internal stakeholdersContributing to the development and implementation of improved work procedures and practicesAd hoc administration as required You will have the following: Records management experienceQualifications in Information Management or proven experience within the fieldPDF manipulation skillsProcess-driven with strong accuracyProficiency with the MS Suite; ideally knowledge of the TRIM systemA positive and proactive attitude towards workThe ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines Benefits: Grow your Local Government knowledge and understanding.Work with a community-based organisation and help drive and deliver change.Immediate start opportunities.
