THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Record Management Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a 5 day/week onsite role based in Melbourne's CBD, with cross training provided across our other lines of service such as Print and Mail.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with offsite storage facility (Iron Mountain) to facilitate efficient control of both on and off-site collection and delivery of physical files Collect, deliver and register new files, box lodgements, retrievals and returns Provide information, advice and guidance to staff across the organisation to ensure correct records management procedures are adhered to Undertake and/or direct specific records management tasks and projects Efficient and effective Records Management service delivery, by managing all incoming correspondence, in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements, policies and procedures Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a professional services industry Highly proficient in the use of Content Manager or similar EDRMS Well-developed understanding of electronic records management techniques including file retrievals, archiving and storage Any experience in mail or print room will be highly advantageous BENEFITS: In house training and development and Generous Educational Assistance policy.
