The Role As the first point of contact, this position will set the foundation for a positive client experience. Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcomeMaintain presentation and cleanliness across the office, kitchens and general areasCoordinate boardroom bookings, mail and couriersAssist with events, catering, mail and postAllocate invoices, reconciliations and answer credit enquiriesProvide administration support to the officeAssist Directors with any requestsOrder stationery and suppliesMonitor and maintain company email accountsProject and marketing supportWhat you will need to succeed? Proven experience in a similar role in a reception/team/office administrator positionA genuine passion to learn and build a long and successful careerA willingness to be agile and adapt to any changes in the day-to-dayIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsEnthusiastic and a "can-do" attitudeA warm, supportive communication styleApply now to enjoy being part of a successful and professional team.
