We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, and responding to inquiriesHandle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfactionAnswer phone calls and emails, take reservations, and manage guest informationAssist with administrative tasks such as billing, record-keeping, and report generationWork closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest experienceBenefits

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personalityAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with computer systems and software, including reservation and property management systemsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysIf you are a team player with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
