Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time (14 hours per week to start) role working to support our Allied Health team in Bicton.
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and completing other administrative tasks as required.
This position is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.
