Job Description We are seeking individuals with a background in Reception interested in working full-time in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Sydney CBD. Full-time position;Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk;Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels;Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels;Manage incoming calls and email enquiries;Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers;Keep the reception areas clean and tidy;Accurate data entry into IPAR's client database system as required;Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team.Qualifications We are looking for a team player, with a friendly and helpful manner and a positive approach to work.
You Will Also Have Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;High level of attention to detail;Excellent customer service skills;Initiative and resourcefulness when problem solving;Ability to self-motivate whilst following processes and procedures;Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in a team and independently;Professional written and verbal communication skills;Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality;Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes, and an openness to learn new things;Professional appearance and demeanour;Prior administration experience working within the medical or health industry would be highly regarded but not essential if the above skills criteria can be demonstrated;NSW Driver Licence.Additional Information Every day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.
