We are currently seeking a permanent Receptionist on behalf of our client's corporate office based in the Brisbane CBD.
Our client is the world leading professional service firm in risk, strategy and people.
Major Responsibilities: Meet and greet clients and visitors Direct client and staff to appropriate meeting rooms Function and special even event catering booking and setup Provide audio and visual support and room setup Operation of Event Management System Liaise with meeting organisers/hosts Ensure reception area is maintained Monitor housekeeping on client floor Versatility and flexibility of working hours Ordering of catering supplies for kitchens Management of security system and visitor passes Primary backup for BOH Afterhours contract for tenancy and building related issues   About you: Excellent Customer Service Skills MS Office Skills High degree of sense of urgency Must have high attention to details Problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of organisational skills Excellent customer service skills   Benefits: Immediate Start Permanent Position Brisbane CBD Location $67 500 + super We require a starter for this position immediately.
