We are seeking a friendly and organised Casual Receptionist to join our team at ARH Canberra! Our Canberra team are dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to their owners. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including: Being the first point of contact for our customersAnswering and directing a high volume of calls on a switchboardScheduling appointmentsProcessing paymentsAdministration supportSupporting our team of Specialists, Veterinarians and NursesThe Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who Is: Available for weekend and weeknight shiftsCommitted to providing only the highest standard of care to our patients, customers and staffResilient with the ability to remain calm during highs and lowsAble and willing to work with a sense of urgency at timesAble to prioritise and multi-task effectivelyHas an enthusiastic and positive approach to their work and the teamLooking for career longevityClean and well-groomed personal presentationProficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and OutlookVeterinary industry related qualifications and/or experience within the industry is highly desirable but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a big team, expand their skills and knowledge and work with a team of high-performing Veterinary specialists.
