The Role
An excitingopportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Melbourneas Receptionist & Administration Assistant.
They will work closely with the Office Manager andOffice Clerk and assist with coverage during their absence.
This role will alsoprovide general administrative support for our team of Lawyers as needed.
Formore junior candidates, we are happy to train and upskill.

Duties of thisposition involve providing a professional office experience which includes:
managing incoming calls and answeringqueries via email; meeting and greeting clients; assisting with managing meeting roombookings and ordering catering; setting up meeting rooms, which includesthe setup of virtual meetings; organising outgoing couriers and takingdelivery of incoming couriers/deliveries; ensuring the reception area and meetingrooms are always maintained at a high standard; providing general office supportincluding data entry, file management such as opening/closing files andelectronic filing; and assisting with administrative tasks asrequired, including creating and amending documents, sending electronicmail, conducting searches, brief preparation and monthly billing.
The SuccessfulCandidate:
We're looking forsomeone who is well organised, punctual, professionally presented, has a keeneye for detail and a "can do" attitude.
The role will involve a lotof interaction with both staff and clients so excellent communication skillsare a must.
Previous reception or administration experience, preferably in alegal or professional services environment will be highly regarded but notessential!
