Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Receptionist / Admin Assistant to work alongside our Director and Operations Manager. The role will require the applicant to be the "face of the business," and as such, a professional presentation is required. The role is full-time Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4pm with a 1-hour lunch break.Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar position is preferable, but full training is provided for entry-level candidates.Confident and experienced in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.MYOB Business or MYOB AccountRight experience preferred.Mac OS experience preferred, but full training is provided to convert Android/Microsoft users.Highly organised and proactive with multi-tasking skills, a keen eye for detail, and very accurate data entry skills. Accuracy is a must.Excellent verbal communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.Excellent written communication skills including proficient spelling and comprehension.Reliable with a positive and professional attitude.Ability to work independently and complete tasks within a given time frame.Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize work.Ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.Duties and Responsibilities – Your role will include but is not limited to:General office administration/reception.General data entry - loading new jobs/quotes into SIMPRO, purchase order requisitions, goods receiving, and invoice receipting.Accounts Payable - accurate data entry, reconcile monthly creditors, and maintenance of supplier accounts.Provide administration support - Adhoc assistance for operations team and management staff.Book appointments for our tradesmen.General office duties: filing and file management, email management, and correspondence with clients.Co-ordination of freight/transport.Monitor the supply and delivery of parts and materials.Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.Assist with keeping the office clean & tidy.What's so great about Pearl Coast Glass & Windows?Locally owned & operated business - join our friendly and supportive work environment.Make life-long friends with Wallace, our cheeky Chocolate Labrador.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Secure full-time employment opportunity.To apply for the position, please forward your covering letter addressing the above Essential Skills & Experience along with a copy of your current resume to ****** questions, please contact Vicky Perry by email at ****** or by phone on (08) 91936***.
