Reception Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrator.Post is 8am-4pm Monday-FridayA degree of flexibility is required to cover annual leave and absences. The role will cover both Reception and Admin duties.Our current appointment system is EMIS PCS but we are migrating over to the Vision appointment software by the end of 2024.This is a challenging but rewarding post which would allow the candidate to learn new skills and be part of an excellent team whilst working within a fast paced environment.The successful candidate will have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude with a clear and confident telephone manner. Multi-tasking skills are essential for this position as is the ability to work in a pressurised environment.Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.To apply please send a CV and covering letter to us.
