Eight Mile Plains Location 12 Months with scope to extend Immediate Start Varied Role $34ph + super about the client: people2people Brisbane have partnered with a global manufacturing company who are currently seeking a Reception all rounder to join their team for a 12 month period with scope for extension.
about the role: Working a 37.5 hour work week with an early finish on Friday's, this role will see the successful candidate reporting to the HR Manager and working from their offices based in Eight Mile Plains.
Daily duties will include: Managing the reception area Meeting and greeting visitors Coordinating site access Providing administrative support for internal teams across the business Coordinating couriers and receiving deliveries Mail responsibilities Ordering stationary and office supplies Maintaining the kitchens selection criteria: Be well presented Have a great attitude Demonstrated experience in a reception role Possess a flexible and adaptable nature Display high levels of initiative Ability to drive internal and external communications Organised with strong time management skills If you have previous reception experience, are available with minimal notice and seeking a role which will see you adding value APPLY NOW!
