About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Rebuild Manager to join our team in our head office in Archerfield, Brisbane.
This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
In this position, you will develop and manage the execution of the Hastings Deering rebuild offering.
The role will work with the industry groups to understand the competitive offerings and customer needs to position Hastings Deering as the primary service provider to the Resource, Construction and Energy and Transport Industries.
You will also develop and manage the go to market offers for the complete repair options portfolio including machine rebuilds, repair return and service options.
Finally, you will be responsible for the management of the central quoting team and enterprise quoting tools.

A successful teammate will have experience in:
Tertiary qualified in Business, Marketing or Engineering.Relevant level of experience in a sales / market management role.Experience building and managing business / section development models.Proven capability in technical marketing and the development of effective marketing strategy.Experience in developing market sector / segment plans.To Apply: Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
