About The Role:We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with a passion for thinking outside the box and crafting visual experiences that resonate with our brand while captivating our loyal customers and target audiences.
Reporting to the Creative Manager, you'll support the team in creating cohesive, high-quality designs across digital and print.
You'll ensure rebel's visual identity remains consistent and shines across all platforms, through the creation of dynamic digital content and animations for rebel's social media, website, digital banners, and screens, and designing impactful print materials like in-store POS displays, playing a key role in bringing our brand to life.
About You:You are a creative professional with a passion for both digital and print design, a keen eye for detail, and experience delivering large-scale campaign rollouts.
With a strong eye for colour, typography, and branding, you are skilled at crafting high-quality content.
You're excited to contribute your creative flair to a collaborative work environment and assist in the creative development across multiple projects, including in-house shoots and creative concepts.
What you bring:Proven experience in a similar role | 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design (in-house or agency)Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects or Premiere Pro for video work), as well as Figma (or similar programs) – Experience in video editing and animation is highly regardedKeen eye for detailStrong understanding of brand design and working within design systems to create cohesive, customized graphics across multiple platformsExtensive knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques, giving you the skills to craft high-quality contentAbility to storyboard impactful motion graphics/animations to execution and to brief external animators/editorsA collaborative team player, with strong interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities who thrives in a team-oriented environmentResults-driven with the ability to multitask creatively and logically in a fast-paced settingStrong initiative and the ability to manage projects proactivelyExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage your own workflowTertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related fieldYou're someone who builds strong relationships with marketing teams and external agency partners, demonstrating reliability and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, to the highest standard.
