We are looking for candidates who will uphold our reputation and brand by delivering exceptional customer service.You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and have a strong client focus.Why join us?Unlimited earning potentialYou will have access to the RANA PROPERTY GROUP training.You will be working with the PrincipalWhat's involved?Prospecting and lead generation in the local areaDaily prospecting calls (KPI's will be in place)Arranging and conducting inspections including Saturday open homes and private inspectionsFollow up open home attendeesAdministration work on behalf of PrincipalDatabase prospecting, development, and maintenanceCustomer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitorsHandling all potential buyer inquiriesAttending marketing appraisalsEmail, appointment, and diary managementBuyer callbacks following open homesSetting up & collecting signboardsAttending weekly sales meetings & trainingThe Candidate:1-2 years of real estate experience in leasing OR salesA current Real Estate Certificate of RegistrationValid driver's license and reliable vehicleMust be 100% committed to succeed in real estateThe ability to think outside the squareMust be driven & hungry with good energyJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $51,000.00 - $93,839.40 per yearSupplementary Pay:CommissionWork Location: In person
