The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As an Office All-Rounder, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting day-to-day operations and working closely with both clients and the team. Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with trades and service providers Preparing leases and assisting with applications Communicating with property owners and tenants Handling enquiries with professionalism and courtesy Assisting with general office administration PA duties to support senior staff Managing office supplies and equipment Preparing reports and general office support Greeting visitors and clients with a warm, welcoming attitude Experience and Skills
Essential: Previous admin experience (no real estate experience required) Desirable: Familiarity with software such as PropertyMe, Flick It Over, and Gmail A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Salary:
