Our **Ready to Wear Experts** are true brand ambassadors, who strive to discover our clients every need, and guiding them across every aspect of Ready to Wear. You will be the voice for our collections whilst delivering the best Client experience and conveying your passion for the product.

As the expert in Women's Ready to wear, you will proactively reach out to your clients to achieve individual and team goals, as well as develop the business for the category.

**As our Women's Ready to Wear Expert, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Accountability for the results of the Women's Ready to Wear collection as well as commercial results across all other categories.
- Develop strong product and brand knowledge to become the best advisor for your clients.
- Enhancing Client experience and setting the example for the rest of the team for the highest quality consultation across Ready to Wear.
- Leveraging tools to build long standing relationships with existing clients, whilst proactively engaging with new clients and potential clients.
- Recommending product through actively discovering your clients needs
- Contributing to store activities and objectives.
- Promoting the ready to wear collections through story telling and being a role model, conveying your expert product knowledge.
- Inspiring others and conducting training with your teams; whilst also mentoring new team members.
- Responsible for specific Ready to Wear operations.

Profil

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who has prior knowledge in Ready to Wear, and experience in building a successful clientele portfolio.

You will demonstrate your ability to convey product knowledge and story telling with confidence and a flair for styling.
